Wedding outfit help

I'm hoping you lovely ladies can help me with an outfit for an upcoming wedding. I'm short (5'2) and dumpy (16/18). I meant to lose some weight but it hasn't happened so I'm going to try and make the most of things as they are.

I'm not a huge fan of dresses but would wear one for this wedding. I wear lots of grey and royal blue but am happy to add a bit of colour (not yellow or orange) I like pattern but abstract rather than say floral.

I want to be able to wear comfy shoes as I really struggle with my feet.

I'm very pale and rather large in the nork department !

Can anyone help me look relatively lovely for my friends wedding.

Thanks !

I can't post pics but i would suggest that you wear what you feel comfortable in e.g. a soft 2 piece trouser suit and blouse in blues, then your shoes, and fake leg tan, would'nt be such an issue!

Have look at the shops or on line and see what you like.

Like you we have wedding to go to, a posh french catholic affair and as we're only invited to the cocktails pre dinner, I'm trying to decide what to wear!.

The trouble with looking online is that nothing in shown on short dumpy models so I have trouble thinking what it will look like on me lol.

Phase eight seems to have some nice things so I'll go and try some things on in there.

I'd say take a friend (who is honest but tactful) as it is really difficult to judge for yourself sometimes! Good luck!
