Right. Have some new cage heels which I adore...but are they too vampy for this dress? Wedding tomorrow, so need to decide tonight.

These shoes okay?

They look lovely, also I'm loving the flat pump you're wearing on the other foot! Smile

They look ace! Really spice up the dress Wink

It's all a bit ''Italian widow' for my taste at a summer wedding, you could do with a pop of colour really - unless you've got that covered with your bag?

They're lovely. Do you have a bag to go with the nail polish on your toes? That would be enough colour I think.

Lovely.

They jazz up the dress.

They look tremendous, really vair elegant. Tell us more, where are they from? Is it an evening do?
I agree about the pop of colour.

They're very pretty but the danger is that by the end of the day your flesh will swell through the gaps, never a good look!

I was thinking that all the black was a bit Mafia Widow...the bag I was going to carry is small, and sort of draped with black lace and ribbon. I do have a powder pink bag, or a silver one?

The shoes are from Steve Madden, and it's a church wedding + evening reception.

Oh Lord, you can't be using a black lace dripping bag with that lot, people will start to wonder if you're one of the groom's exes!! Shock

Liven it up with some colour.

Crikey, one foot is old granny and the other is 18yr old hooker.
Do you have an alternative?
Although if it's evening do the black ones might be ok, if it's not then why the black dress?

Gosh, sorry, that's really negative, I just don't think it's right for a wedding.

18 year old hooker? Really Hmm

I think I'll carry my dusky pink bag for a pop of colour, and I have a dusky pink pashmina somewhere...think I'll need it, as don't think it's going to be all that warm tomorrow.

I love them!

Have you a bag in a mega bright colour?
The colour of the other shoe is the sort of bag/accessories colour I'd go for.

Love that dress. Where from?

Cage shoes look good with it but think that a black lace bag thing will be a bit too Queen Victoria in deep mourning for a wedding. Pink or silver both sound good.

Sorry, cross post...
Dusky pink will look good.

Very nice. Silver bag. Drink lots of water though, if you get a bit hot and bothered your feet will swell up and pop through the lattice.

Ta. Dress from Laura Ashley.

Flat shoes are bright red, but don't have a red bag.

Just remembered I have some blush pink velvet loafers, very plain, never worn yet...but DH says they look like slippers Hmm

Will drinking copious amounts of champagne stop the swelling too...yes, yes I am sure it will...

They're lovely. I almost got some when I was last in Primark but at 40, I'm far too old to pull them off.

Be MORE vampy. The cage heels are great. The dress a bit loose maybe?

Don't wear the flat red shoes.

40 is not too old to pull off saucy shoes!

The red look a bit like you're wearing a babybel on your foot.

Can we see the other choices and bags?

Mother You know, I'm a bit nonplussed...according to your username you haven't posted on here for years. Yet, you have chosen to post now purely to tell me that I'm far too old to wear these shoes and that they're from Primark, yes?

All this NC-ing purely to be bitchy...I really, really don't get it. It's so childish, and...I dunno...pathetic Hmm

I'm off now to get all tarted up and will have a lovely day at a fantastic wedding quaffing much champagne Smile

Thank God I'm not reduced to spending my weekend NC-ing so I can just bitch-plop on an Internet forum.
