White runners - holidays

Girls, can anyone please recommend a pair of white runners for holidays. Don't want runner runners...more sports shoe...narrow look rather than sporty clunky. Trying to avoid the heavy leather shoes like smiths or gazelles...want to be able to wear ankle socks in them. Holidays will be hot..over 30 degrees...I have sandals but want runners for the "lots of walking" days...thanks!

Vans ultralite are amazing .I wear them In 48c with secret socks and feel very cool.

Have you tried on Gazelles? I have the suede ones and find them super light, Stan Smiths are heavy though!
