Expensive eyeshadow palettes - worth the money?

I'm planning to treat myself next month after a frugal few months on the make up front. I'm considering Urban Decay Heat palette, or Huda Rose Gold palette or Anastasia Modern Renaissance.

Any reviews or suggestions? Thanks

Don't know those ones, but Urban Decay eyeshadows are brilliant. The Naked palettes are worth every penny.

Urban decay for definite. The pigmentation is great.

I'm currently working through naked 2. Have completely used up one shade and am halfway through another. It's taken over two years of daily use....£ per use = value for money. And they last

I saw the title and was coming to say 'Urban Decay Naked Palettes' just buy them all and you're done for life.

Modern renaissance is beautiful. I can make so many different looks with it. I've got an urban decay palette too which is nice but mr is waaaaay better.

Lots of love for Urban Decay it seems. May go for the Heat palette in that case. Thanks all!

I've just bought the Urban Decay Heat palette...great pigmentation and beautiful range of colours. I'd also recommend Illamasqua.

Love my Urban Decay ones. I find myself reaching for the Ultimate Basics the most. It has some similar colours to the new Heat palette.

I would skip the previous naked palettes, not enough matte's to do a complete look. They have however listened and the naked heat has enough mattes in there.

I do love my ABH to death though - have a look at the colour selection and go with whichever you like better 😊😊

The sales lady on UD counter locally said the heat palette wasn't in store until August, so where did you buy yours?

they had a limited amount on the urban decay website last week for sale

The most important thing, I find, is eyeshadow primer. The Nars one or the UD one are my preference.

Too faced natural love palette is amazing here

I prefer it to my UD palettes.

I find really good quality eye shadows too good for my 43 year old eyelids, they really accentuated the crepe, had to give the UD shadows to 12 year old daughter

Unfortunately the feelunique 15% code doesn't include Urban Decay Sad

Actually if I didn't pick ABH I would have gone makeup geek. Individual eyeshadow but you can makeup your own palette. I use them every day
