Best skin tightening - multivitamin or other ideas please!?

Background - had 2 DC in 2 years, they are now 2.5yo and 4.5yo. I will be 35 in August, and pre DC was an 8/10, 5'6". Now more like 10/12 although have been running since March which is helping size a bit.

I've got two requests for recommendations please:

  1. Irrespective of excercise, after ds1 I went totally back to how I was pre-dc within about 4 months. After ds2 as the stats above point out I'm clearly not. Ignoring the excercise.and.diet factors the thing I've most noticed is stomach skin elasticity, as if having 2 in a shortish space of time has knackered the possibility of getting it back to normal. Desperately trying to find something (supplement right through to non surgical procedure etc,) to improve this. Have recently started body brushing too but only a few weeks ago so waiting to see if that makes any difference..

  1. Sort of similar - noticed very suddenly a month ago in photos that the skin around my eyes in particular also has started looking 'softer/older'. This might be affected by the same skin tightening supplement or creams if someone can suggest? Just looking for recommendations as I have no idea where to start!

No 1. Is more important to me than 2. But hoping they might be linked..

Thanks (in advance and in hope)

My advice would be give the supplements a miss as they will have v little impact imo (limited scientific evidence).

Skin elasticity decreases with age. For the face, neck, back of hands you could use a retinoid (you can go to a private derm for px stuff which gives quicker results or try over counter creams which will take longer). Dermarolling is also reported to stimulate collagen production but you should ideally get this done at derm office too. Topical products with vitamin c in can also help collagen production too (to a much lesser extent though).

A high Spf worn everyday is a must to prevent uva rays destroying elastin and collagen in the skin (worn on ALL exposed skin). This will make the biggest difference to your skin.

Re stomach skin building muscle in this area (toning) can certainly improve the appearance. I'm not sure what else except for surgery would make a huge difference beyond that though. Maybe others will have some helpful suggestions though.

Thanks - can you suggest anything classed as a retinoid (am complete novice!) Or otherwise how do I find a dermatologist? Can you Google or are they or varying degrees of qualification?

My current facial moisturiser has a high spf and I've been using this since before the DC were born but I guess it's not made that much difference?

What about non surgical like radio or laser therapies?
