Lipstick for dry lips

Any recommendations? Not necessarily moisturising, but non-drying at least. I'd prefer more matte than sheer but open to all suggestions. Any price range considered too.

Lips are the one thing I neglect the most, and I often have a full face of make up with a bit of Carmex on my lips because everything else cracks/highlights the dryness!

I use Barry M's 'Cor Balmy' - basically half way between a lipstick and a balm. If you are used to having carmex on your lips you'll be fine with the texture - it's not glossy.
