I am looking for the perfect pair of black leggings. Ive not had much sucess so far as all the ones I've bought never stay up. Im a curvy 12 so not huge but i can't get any to stay in place!

Last pair I tried were the Primark control ones in the cardboard packaging but they were rubbish.

Any recommendations please?

I got lovely legging from Very, they are in the curvy range I'm sure, but are a lovely thickness and have a flattering waistband rather than the usual cut you in two effort!

New look maybe? Check how much elastin/lycra content, less is bether for stretching too much.

I also like New Look leggings however they get 'holey' quickly, not sure if this is a legging thing or because they're cheap.

The best pair I ever got that stayed up and kept colour was from M&S but if was a while ago... good luck!

River Island or Topshop, have a look in the tall range (even if you arent tall) as the extra bit round the top acts as great tummy control.

Surprisingly Sainburys' are great.

the best leggings ive found are from sainsburies. The luxury ones. Theyre £12 a pair but theyre brilliant. thick, opaque, stretchy, comfortable and dont fall down. Ive tried leggings from many places as I live in them as I have curvy hips and most trousers dont fit me well. Try them!

Best leggings I've ever found are topshop with ribbed waist - I war mine day in day out in the the casual office as they are super comfy!

I bought Sainsbury's modal ones after a recommendation on here and they are great. Thick comfy waistband. They are a tenner for one pair (diff to the ones that come in a two pack).
