Small backpack for 9yo DD for on coach?

EvilDoctorBallerinaDuck · 15/05/2017 11:07

DD's going on a residential school trip in July.

For on the coach, school have specified a small backpack to hold a bottle of water, a small snack, a book, a card/travel game and a purse/wallet. We've only managed to find a My Little Pony one, which she's definitely outgrown.

Where can I find a more grownup, small backpack please? Smile

DD has a small purple mountain warehouse one. Was about £8 in the sale. She uses it for cubs and fits in bottle of water, first aid kit, and jumper.

Go outdoors do a small, own brand day pack that costs £5 that is fine for school trips.

We got a lovely jean one from Matalan and H&M have some. Outdoors one are boring and some girls hate them.

Your girl may hate them not all do! Even at nine some value practicality over looks

Which part of the words "some girls" do you find difficult to understand gassy?
And practicality is boring.

Agree with the poster about the Decathlon ones, really small, lightweight, come in various colours and cheap!
