A good deep conditioning treatment

Could anyone recommend a good conditioning treatment for my very dry over processed hair?
I've gone from brown to blonde and back to a plum colour, so my hair is pretty naff now.

I've found coconut oil works a treat, slather it on and leave it for as long as you can before you use your usual shampoo and conditioner, always makes my hair shiny and bouncy, and it's cheap and cheerful.

I just had olaplex donemail during my last colour and have the at home treatment. There is nothing better, it feels like I've got someone else's hair!

Olaplex. Ask for stage 1 and 2 when having your colour put in. Use stage 3 at home once a week and leave it in for at least a few hours. Wash and condition as normal.

It's high maintenance but so worth it.
