I wanted some comfy little sandals which are feminine and neat to
Wear with shift dresses over the summer. I like these but OH thinks they may be old lady.

What u think?

Goosegettingfat Sat 13-May-17 22:10:51

Old lady. Sorry

MerryMarigold Sat 13-May-17 22:12:40

They look quite narrow. If you have good feet, go for it.

MyfatheristheKing Sat 13-May-17 22:13:40

Old lady

HappyLollipop Sat 13-May-17 22:14:08

Yep those are definitely old lady shoes. My nana would've wore those if she was still here!

EmNetta Sat 13-May-17 22:14:39

Old ladies (like me) don't generally wear metallic shoes in daytime, so you'd be quite safe in these.

Highalert Sat 13-May-17 22:15:38

I don't think they are old lady. I like them. Maybe I'm an old lady though.

pinkhorse Sat 13-May-17 22:15:49

My nan wouldn't even wear these. Sorry

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie Sat 13-May-17 22:15:59

AntagonyAunt Sat 13-May-17 22:16:38

shamoffour Sat 13-May-17 22:16:38

Highalert Sat 13-May-17 22:17:37

LapinR0se Sat 13-May-17 22:17:38

Captain old lady. It's the heel

AntagonyAunt Sat 13-May-17 22:18:26

They do look comfy...but if you don't want to look 'old lady' don't wear them.

cherryberrymum Sat 13-May-17 22:18:35

Pmsl. Well that's the end of those!!!!!

Any suggestions?

rockingthelook Sat 13-May-17 22:18:45

Blinkyblink Sat 13-May-17 22:21:00

Catherine0317 Sat 13-May-17 22:21:57

Yup have to agree... old lady 👵

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie Sat 13-May-17 22:22:37

How about the Clarks clogs? They are v nice.

twostepsister Sat 13-May-17 22:23:14

It's the shiny buttons that are strange, if you removed them it wouldn't be so bad. What about these from Clarks

or

The sort my mum would wear and she's over 60. I'm in my 30's and wouldn't so depends on your age.

10stonestolose Sat 13-May-17 22:24:30

I have to agree, they're not good. if you need a casual smart type sandal, what about something like this from Office?

http://www.office.co.uk/view/product/office_catalog/2,33/2676286124

Still reserved without being old lady.

cherryberrymum Sat 13-May-17 22:48:45

Are these any better?

EmmaC78 Sat 13-May-17 23:00:30

I don't like either. What about something like this:-

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie Sat 13-May-17 23:24:58

Not better, sorry.
