It's the one Amy Winehouse wore in her tears dry on their own video.
I found one very similar on eBay, but missed out by 50p. Gutted.
The ebay dress was unbranded, seller said she bought it of a stall in Brighton.

It doesn't have to be exactly the same but the same v neck and big skirt. Preferably in grey, pale blue, or pale stripes.

Any help at all would be great.
