What's your favourite blusher ?

Blusher is one thing I've not used in years
I've just really used a small amount of bronzer
St tropez as blusher
And only lightly on the apple of the cheek

But I'm just trying to revamp things a bit
As I've realised I've been stuck in a rut make up wise and being doingit the same for years

(Brown hair, green eyes, sallow skin)

Benefit Posie Tint in the summer and Bourjois Rose d'or in the winter.

I only get the tiny Posie Tints as I find the metallic paint flakes off when it gets bashed around in my makeup bag.

Blond with pale skin. Bobbi Brown Pale Pink. Though it doesn't look that pale in the pot it goes on nice & subtle.

And no glitter either. Hate glittery blushers. I'm looking at you Nars Orgasm sitting in my make-up drawer never being used.

The Rosie Huntingdon-Whitely cream blushers from her range at M&S are great. I have the bright pink one and it's lovely.

I love blusher. I have loads. My faves are naturalish tawny shades. My current top 5, because 1 is too hard.

In no particular order

NARS Douceur (powder) - discontinued but fab

MAC Blushbaby (powder)

M&S Rosie/Autograph Creme blush in Camisole Blush (possibly Flush?!) (cream)

Tarte Amazonian Clay in Exposed (powder).

Max Factor Creme Puff in Nude Mauve (powder) - sort of glowy without glitter. Gorgeous and a bargain. Like a cheap Hourglass blusher but the finish is just as beautiful.

The NARS, MAC, M&S & Tarte are all matte. Forgot to mention that.

Sleek rose gold powder blush looks great on fair skin.

Also boots natural collection cream blush in natural glow. Really gives fresh glowing complexion.

Nars Orgasm: scary in the palette but the lightest whisper of it does something amazing to my v pale face. It also looks amazing generously applied to my v tanned sister.

Stila petunia or lilam
Poise tint
Bourjois 12 hour gel blush
All are great and I switch depending on mood.
Less is more though.

I had a thread on this a while back. Now happily rocking Nars Multiple Matte in Exumas (a coral-pink - subtler than it looks). I too dislike sparkly blushers. I like a cream texture because it gives a more dewy finish.

Very pale, dark brown hair and blue eyes

Lady like baked blusher by Nyx

Pale, naturally blonde (often dyed brown), green eyes.

NARS Orgasm. It was a cult classic years ago but I think its reputation is deserved.

The Hourglass blushes (in general) are great too.

I saw a similar thread on this recently and a few recommended Daniel Sandler watercolour blush. I ordered one last week and I love it, goes on lovely and a much nicer finish I find than a powder blush.

MUA Cupcake.

Lovely neutral, non-sparkly, powder blusher, and cheap as chips from Superdrug.

In winter I use Nars Orgasm (it's a cliche but it's just the perfect shade for my skin). In summer I use Chanel's Tan de Soleil across my cheekbones instead of blusher.
