Anyone used a good alternative to Obagi Nu-Derm?

I have previously visited a dermatologist and followed the Obagi program, worked great! Few years later and -realising I look old- have decided I want to try again although can't afford the derm fee and whole product range again. I have been reading lots and want to just buy the tretinoin and hydroquinone creamsas have pigmentation marks again and have generally dull looking skin.

Has anyone used an alternative to the Obagi brand name that gives as good results? I have read previous threads that recommend some online pharmacies but they are old. Any recommendations would be great! Thanks.

I've used obagi before and after that it's great. You can buy tret etc on eBay for just a few quid. I have and would again.
