Terrible skin help

Hi All,

I was wondering if anyone could help me. I've been lucky enough to be pretty much spot free until now. I'm early 30's and the past week my skin has erupted. It's mainly on my forehead, nose and chin (chin is worst). It's not white pus filled spots, they're tiny hard and rough. My chin almost feels like I have a razor rash.

I use a nip and fab cleanser 3 times a week, olay moisturiser, no makeup. I can't think of any lifestyle changes, it's just appeared.
