If you had these wedding & engagement rings, what would you have on your other hand?

helpimitchy Sun 23-Apr-17 19:03:52

Whatever you want really as it's a separate hand.

More diamonds! grin

ImperialBlether Sun 23-Apr-17 19:05:58

What's your budget? Are those white gold or platinum?

ChilledChampagne Sun 23-Apr-17 19:10:37

I don't see the link...?!

honeypooh2017 Sun 23-Apr-17 19:13:19

A stone with colour perhaps so it doesn't look like another engagement ring. I have a sapphire and diamond one I wear on my right hand for nice events (too expensive for every day).

Love your rings though, they look good together

ScarletForYa Sun 23-Apr-17 19:14:31

Emerald cut aquamarine cocktail ring!

Mollylovehart Sun 23-Apr-17 19:15:00

It's platinum & diamond.
I've seen a gorgeous ring but worried it will steal the limelight from my wedding hand. Is that possible?!

Beautiful rings. This is the biggest first world problem I've seen recently though 😀

Mollylovehart Sun 23-Apr-17 20:43:29

Thank you.
It's not a problem - just asking for opinions that's all confused

BrightonBelleCat Sun 23-Apr-17 20:49:16

That's my engagement ring. I love it.

redmimi Sun 23-Apr-17 20:55:03

I love that and think it will be fine on a different hand! Where is it from? I want something similar for my 40th birthday later this year and need inspiration!

TheQuietOnes Sun 23-Apr-17 20:56:52

It's gorgeous!

It's on Etsy, I love it but worried it looks too much like an engagement ring..

mummabearfoyrbabybears Sun 23-Apr-17 21:14:24

Believe me the shape of that ring will catch your nose so often your eyes will be permanently watering. I had one blush

honeypooh2017 Sun 23-Apr-17 21:16:21

How would it catch your nose?

I have a ring that is marquis shape and has lots of diamonds set into the shape, never caught it on anything let alone my nose!

quencher Sun 23-Apr-17 21:21:05

Is that brown diamond in the middle of the second one? If it is, I would stay away from it because they have no value.

If it's not, I love the second.

I have one similar to the first one. It kept getting caught on silk. Scratched dd a lot too when she was little I had to take it of all the time. I ended up only wearing it while out. I now have a different ring that I wear constantly.

Dozer Sun 23-Apr-17 21:23:06

Anything goes! Nice manicure.

What's the stone in the one you're considering?

Mollylovehart Sun 23-Apr-17 21:24:24

It's called morganite surrounded with diamonds.

I was asking for ideas of rings for my right hand then I saw this one so wanted opinions on this.

Not sure how I'd scratch my nose with it but that did make me smile!

ScarlettDarling Sun 23-Apr-17 21:27:12

Gosh that's so beautiful. Don't think it looks like an engagement ring because of the coloured stone. Aren't you a little nervous to make such an expensive purchase from Etsy though? What if you don't like it when you try it on? Can it be returned?

Mollylovehart Sun 23-Apr-17 21:29:25

I'm not nervous about the purchase as they do accept returns. I'd rather not make the mistake tho.
I'm just overthinking the 'showiness' of it and worried it will steal from my wedding set

Onomatopoeic Sun 23-Apr-17 21:33:08

So... you're worried about buying a ring because it's too nice??

That's not a reason to not buy a ring.

highinthesky Sun 23-Apr-17 21:36:12

I wear a solitaire very similar to yours OP, which I wear on top of a heavy diamond band.

My other fingers are purposefully nude, to avoid the Liberace look wink
