I had an opalex treatment in a new salon with a cut a few weeks ago and was pretty sure I should have got step 3 to take home, I asked in salon and they said no but it appears I should have... I got the treatment through treatwell and don't want to make a complaint without knowing for sure because I've also been given a voucher from the salon because I overpaid via the treatwell app and will feel weird about going in with that if making a complaint.
Sorry for wall of text, my phone keyboard is being weird and not letting me hit return.
Anyone know if step 3 is an add on or definite part of the process?

You have to buy step 3. I agree that they make it seem like you get it all - you definitely don't. It is a disingenuous marketing ploy. Unfortunately, or fortunately for them, it is so bloody fabulous that they can afford to do it.
