Which Levi's for chunky thighs/legs?

Hi, Thinking of ordering a pair of Levi's because I want some dark blue jeans without fading or distressing which every pair of jeans in the high street seems to have at the minute!

I want a nice pair of dark blue straight leg jeans with a mid to high rise. Im a size 12 in Next but probably more a 14 as Next seem to be quite generous.

I've been looking at the Levi 714 straight leg but have a feeling they maybe more of a skinny fit after reading some reviews.

Can anyone help?

501s work for my chunky legs

Are they the 501 CT? So bloody confusing!

How do you find their sizing? Some reviews saying to size down? Think I need to get the tape measure out..

I have 714 straight legs on right now.

Definitely not a skinny fit. Look good rolled up a bit too.

Think just regular women's 501s. I know they do different versions now....did find waist sizes big so got them tailored

I've ordered the 714 and 501's in a variety of sizes. That's a good idea to have them tailored. Thanks Smile

The jeans arrived today. Really like the 714's. Do they give a bit after wearing them or do they keep their shape? I'm in between 2 sizes and can't decide which ones to keep.

They will give a bit, or at least my 501CTs do anyway, so I would go for the smaller size.

I have 714s in the Lone Wolf flat indigo colour. I was bored of skinny jeans and my post-DD mumtum can't cope with Baxters any more. They were £85 but have been totally worth it - a very flattering silhouette and wash and wear very well. The different colours have different fabric compositions though, so check the labels.
