Outfit dilemma!!!

It's my dd's christening in 3 weeks, I am completely stuck for an outfit for one reason: BLOODY PSORIASIS!!!!!!!

It's all over my arms, chest, midsection, back up to my neck and from the tops of my legs to my toes. Everyone in my family knows I have it, and I'm not ashamed, but neither do I want everyone gawping at it on my dd's special day. So, I need outfit ideas that would cover up the majority of it without me having to buy a floor-length, long sleeved high-neck gown

Maxi dress and blazer? Trousers? I have no idea. I'm 5'4 and a size 10-12, huge boobs and big tummy. My psoriasis on my chest isn't too bad, so a lower cut top is possible. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
