Do the retinol gradually, couple of times a week to begin with.
Hyaluronic as normal serum
Rosehip instead of or on top of moisturiser.

I use the HA most nights, really like it. Am still only a month into the other stuff, so am doing a week of Vit C and then a week of retinol as I find both a bit harsh.
Have used other rosehips before, was never moisturising enough on its own for me, as my skin is dry, so I used it as a top up for my normal moisturiser.

I'm finding it bewildering too. I'm using the rose hip oil at night only. I'm using buffet twice a day before moisturising.

I use buffet after HA in the evening.

Retinol is PM too and before moisturiser on bare dry skin

How do they all work? Does the combination work well together (but on separate nights)

Generally it says use water based stuff before the oils.. The retinol you must use sunscreen during the day

Yes, layer them in that order. In the morning I use the Caffeine eye stuff, Buffet, Hyra and then moisturiser. In the evening, Caffeine, Buffet, rosehip oil then moisturiser. Haven't used the Retinoid yet as haven't sorted out decent sunscreen. I need to order TO moisturiser to replace mine when I finish.

My skin feels so smooth and plumped after just a couple of weeks. Eyes much better too. Loving it!

I have bought Buffet.
What cream should I use afterwards?
Just an ordinary moisturiser?
How long should I leave between Buffet and moisturiser?

I've ordered they caffeine eye stuff, hyaloric acid and moisturiser for the dehydrated skin. So would I do sun cream, eye stuff, acid and then moisturise in the morning? Thanks

I would try and leave a few minutes before each thing if you have time (I certainly don't always)!

Holly their recommended regime is in a post above, that's what I'm following.

Kez yes, that's what I do.

I use the general signs of ageing routine. I don't use the rose hip though I use th Clarins orchid oil instead. I also use the moisturiser which I really like.
I'm thinking about adding the caffeine thing too, is it worth getting?
I also got a peel thing too which I preordered and arrived the other day.

I'm really impressed over all. The only thing I wasn't that keen on was the vitamin c serum it bloody hurt and I have skin like an elephant usually. It felt like rubbing broken glass on my face.

I adore the Caffeine stuff and really think it's worth trying, I'm sure I can see a visible difference already.

I've only heard awful things about the Vit C stuff and haven't ordered it.

Off to order the moisturiser and a primer now... and dying to try the new foundation too!

I emailed Victoria health who were very helpful. They gave me this:

AM: Buffet; Niacinamide, Hyaluronic acid, Natural Moisturising Factors.
PM: Buffet; Alpha Arbutin, Advanced Retinoid, Natural Moisturising Factors.

Buffet is a powerful antioxidant serum contains peptides that works to soften and prevent fine lines and wrinkles. It also contains amino acids to manufacture moisturising factors in skin.
Hyaluronic acid helps hydrate dermal layer because dehydration of skin cells causes inflammation leading to dryness and enhances wrinkle and line formation
Niacinamide + Zinc helps to normalise oil production, improve pore appearance
Natural Moisturizing Factors helps provide surface hydration without clogging pores.

Alpha arbutin prevent pigment deposition and improves appearance of hyperpigmented skin

Advanced Retinoid – gentler than retinol, retinoids also help smooth skin and are the gold standard for anti-aging.– use once or twice a week and gradually build up to daily usage.

I have found that something in the morning routine makes my foundation roll up a bit as if I had used one of those body shop peels. I am going to try leaving each one to soak in longer and have just bought the bodyshop spf50 moisturiser to go on top.

Thank you for sharing that Anxious, useful to see an alternative regime... did you ask them for a regime for something in particular?

Brokenbutbreathing what does the caffeine eye stuff do?

I like the Vitamin C serum. It's horrible to apply and sometimes stings slightly but I think it does some good.

I also like the natural moisturising factors and the squalane, which is very soothing. I am very prone to dry flaky and dehydrated skin though.

Website says: Reduces Appearance of Eye Contour Pigmentation and of Puffiness

I say: have gone down from double eye bags to single eye bags in a couple of weeks!
