Pigmentation from pregnancy - what can I do?

I have pigmentation on my forehead which started when I was pregnant with DC1. It hasn't gone away and now I'm pregnant again it seems to be spreading

Does this mean I'll have it forever now? Is there anything I can do about it (other than not tan)
