Hi there,
Yes I have and it was painful, but if you take A painkiller before hand it will help.
Tbh the hairs have come back, but much finer and much, much less, so I either get them threaded, waxed or use my epiltor. I think I was just unlucky not to be rid of them completely

Yes, me.

Gave up on laser as hairs so bloody persistent and just growing back finer and paler so laser not picking them up.

Electrolysis - have been going for probably a year. Initially 30 min every week, now down to 10-15 minutes every 3-4 weeks.

It hurts, it really works but you have to be persistent and in for the long haul. It's the only properly permanent measure but if you don't get the hair in the growing phase, the bastards grow back.

Thanks for the feedback. I usually wax which is fine but it seems to set off the cold sore virus when I do it (wasn't a problem for years)so I need a permanent solution!!
I know it will take a while :(

I had laser treatment a few years ago but I needed a longer course and the chin ones came back (moustache mainly went)

Got Lumea this Christmas and it's really worked well on the face

It's a lot of money but it's under your control, and it doesn't hurt.

It does take a while but it is worth doing. I was in my teens and my 'beard' was soo bad had to go twice a week, for over a year, and I hate to think how much it cost, but I worked hard to get the money and it made me feel 'normal' at last. It had a huge effect on my confidence getting rid of the black wire like ones, now it is just the odd one now, the joys of the menopause!

Thanks, had anyone else tried Lumea? Sounds too good to be true?
