My hair looked like that when I was growing it out after chemo.

I am prepared to pay up to £500 for a talented gardener to hack my hair off with a pair of shears. I could then maintain the look by combing it through with a grass rake

What about a reverse bob? Chin-length at the front and going shorter towards the back with a very short clipped section underneath where the short back is?

It looks full at the front but takes a lot of the bulk out of the hair at the back so it's easy to dry and shows off your neck and shoulders nicely, if you like that.
