Anyone got this antibob?

I think it would work well with my hair. Has anyone got one? What do you think of it?

However, I'm nowhere near London, would other salons know how to do it?

pinkieandperkie Wed 05-Apr-17 18:48:13

Do you have a picture

BigApple11 Wed 05-Apr-17 18:52:17

What is it?

ViolentDelights Wed 05-Apr-17 18:54:35

Sorry, this article talks about it

MichaelSheensNextDW Wed 05-Apr-17 19:29:23

Only if you want to look like Rick Parfitt.

JamesDelaneysHat Wed 05-Apr-17 19:32:01

Rick Parfitt!! grin

RicketyCricket Wed 05-Apr-17 19:33:08

That's hideous. Like a purdey cut and a mullet had a baby.

Hecticlifeanddrowning8 Wed 05-Apr-17 19:34:13

I can't unsee Rick Parfitt either😀

Deadsouls Wed 05-Apr-17 19:34:21

Hmmmm not sure

PigletWasPoohsFriend Wed 05-Apr-17 19:36:24

Well now all I see is Rick Parfitt grin

ViolentDelights Wed 05-Apr-17 19:36:26

Welk now all I can see is Rick Parfitt too! Back to the drawing board.

Any ideas for a style that isn't a boring bob for straight, fine hair?

Whatatododo Wed 05-Apr-17 19:40:05

If you're young and cool you might get away with it. It would be 70s mullet on me.

Squeegle Wed 05-Apr-17 19:42:31

I think I have it but by mistake as I haven't had my hair cut for a while. It doesn't look great really

ThomasRichard Wed 05-Apr-17 19:43:36

Chic blow?

NevermetaGilesIlike Wed 05-Apr-17 21:39:46

Well I think it looks cool- unlike that crusty air hostess style 'chic blow' offering.

Beketaten Thu 06-Apr-17 01:09:13

How about a 'bad bob'? See

EmmaWoodlouse Thu 06-Apr-17 10:35:15

I like that style on me but my hair's curlier than the model's. I'm not sure about it on straighter hair.

BumbumMcTumtum Thu 06-Apr-17 10:36:24

Sorry, but mullet comes to mind.

SleepFreeZone Thu 06-Apr-17 11:09:41

Nope. Keep looking.

PetallyTyrants Thu 06-Apr-17 11:17:29

Oh that article by Sali Hughes about her bad bob is unintentionally hilarious - so pretentious. Can't believe it would cost £300 to look like this

BeeFarseer Thu 06-Apr-17 11:54:20

My hair looked like that when I was growing it out after chemo.

MrsLogicFromViz Thu 06-Apr-17 12:08:14

I am prepared to pay up to £500 for a talented gardener to hack my hair off with a pair of shears. I could then maintain the look by combing it through with a grass rake smile

HappyAxolotl Thu 06-Apr-17 12:23:06

What about a reverse bob? Chin-length at the front and going shorter towards the back with a very short clipped section underneath where the short back is?

It looks full at the front but takes a lot of the bulk out of the hair at the back so it's easy to dry and shows off your neck and shoulders nicely, if you like that.

IrianOfW Thu 06-Apr-17 12:24:57

That picture shows a style I am sure used to be called 'the shag' ie shaggy and a bit shapeless?
