Help me decide which Nip + Fab products to buy

I've heard so many good things about Nip + Fab and just had an email from Superdrug about 3 for 2. Can anyone recommend any particular products? I'm early 30's, decent-ish skin with only a few fine lines but looking a bit tired recently.

Any advice gratefully received!

I love their glycolic fix pads, glycolic fix foaming cleanser, glycolic fix serum and viper venom micro blur. They all make my skin feel amazing and look so glowing and fresh

I've got the glycolic fix serum in my basket ready to go! Is the viper venom micro blur worth the money? There are loads half price but the viper venom is not one of them, unfortunately!

I use glycolic pads. They are great.

The extreme night time glycolic pads are great as an acid toner.

Do the glycolic pads dry your skin out at all? I've heard really mixed reviews. My skin is normal with an oily t-zone but wouldn't want to non oily bits going dry.

They're OK.

I've repurchased on occasion, but only when they are on mega offer.

There are better acid toners around IMO, and many are cheaper and more effective. Also, it depends what you want your acid toner to do.

The Dragon's Blood serum is quite nice, though smells very strong (like the Glycolic pads tbh)

Yes, there are better toners but the OP was asking about Nip & Fab products. Hmm

I got the viper venom for about £10 on amazon, much cheaper than Superdrug or boots, and it really helps my foundation stay in place and my pores are far less noticeable when I use it. The pads don't dry out my skin at all and I have combination skin Smile

Interested in hearing what acid toners are better? Sorry for jumping on board, I use the Nip and Fab extreme night pads and I've been pleased with them.

FAB Radiance Pads. Clarins Brightening Exfoliator. My favourite though is Pixi Glow Tonic. Amazing stuff.

I've never used an acid toner before - are they not drying or am I completely misunderstanding the acid part?

I'd just like to look a little fresher without having to pile the concealer under my eyes. I'm sure more sleep and water can only do so much 😕

No, not drying at all (obvs depends on your skin type etc). Depending on the type and strength of acid, it's a way to exfoliate your skin.

Thanks @Orangebird69. I do use a toner but haven't a clue if it's an acid one. I really must try harder haha. I've gone for the no needle fix eye cream, glycolic fix serum and the glycolic toner so fingers crossed I'm looking fresher soon!

Thanks for your help everyone!

Superdrug are doing their own brand glycolic acid toner pads £2.99. Shall be trying them out when my Nip+Fab run out.

I got the glycolic pads, dragon blood serum and the scrub all at half price from Superdurg and it was buy 2 get one free! Now I need to find out if I react to any of them

WtfdoIcare- the one I keep going back to is the Olay anti-wrinkle- cheap as chips (I guess because it doesn't market itself as an acid toner) It's salicylic rather than glycolic which is odd, because my skin is dry and dehydrated rather than oily, the indications would be for glycolic as being the best for me, but the salicylic definitely gives me better results. I really notice a difference when I don't use it.

I'd be interested in hearing how you get on with the eye cream OP- I'm still searching for a holy grail in that area!

Nip+Fab hydrate Dragon's Blood Serum is my secret weapon. It plumps my skin and makes me look more youthful within an hour. I put it onto moist skin each morning after moisturiser. Have received lots of compliments since discovering it. I also use the glycoliic pads to exfoliate once a week.
Important to spf protection with acids. Have spf 30 in my moisturiser over winter, but will be switching to Spf 50 la Roche Posay once summer starts.

After trying my new purchases, I've got to say I'm not all that impressed with the no needle toner and eye cream. They just sit on my skin and make up looks okay at first but very quickly becomes shiny.

The glycolic toner and serum on the other hand are amazing. You can almost feel the serum shrinking pores and shooing away the fine lines.

So Nip + Fab verdict so far is mixed. If I'm looking less tired (and shiny) in a couple of weeks, I will eat my words.

Boots are currently doing a buy one get one free on Nip + Fab. You can get two of the serums for £19.95. Can be used on other products too.

Hi everyone, I am new to mumsnet. Can anyone advise please. I was introduced to Emma hardie products in marks and Spencer, it's very pricey. And don't have much to spend on beauty products. Has anyone used or know of this line to advise. Did you get along with it?
I usually use clarins.
Thank you

I went in search of the Nip+Fab serum today. It was sold out in Boots (£19.95) but:

(Drum roll) all N+F products are half price in SuperDrug! So purchased the serum for just under a tenner. If it's as good as some people say, I will be going back to stock pile it tomorrow!

I use the serum, the face scrub and the pads. All fab!
