How can I successfully remove milia spots

I have some milia spots at the very tip of my nose (the most awkward place to squeeze at!!) how can I get rid of them? I have read that a retinoid cream would help clear up, has this worked for anyone?

You need a needle I think. You can sterilise it in boiling water first.

I use a sharp scalpel and nick the skin to pop them out. Depends on your pain threshold and how steady your hands are though.

Some beauticians that do electrolysis will treat milia for you.

It hurts, but it's easier that stabbing yourself with a needle and shouldn't be too pricey (approx £10).

With a sterilised needle I make a small hole and push them out from the other side.
It is really easy..

I got milia as a reaction to skin products with silicon in (just under my eyes!). So, based on my experience:

Ditch anything with silicon in it.
Get some salicylic acid (Bravura do a good peel). Use that once or twice weekly as a treatment, followed by a clay mask.

They started to get smaller fairly quickly and disappeared altogether after a few months.
