Comfy party shoes do such things exist?

I am 33 years old and do not want to hang up my dancing shoes just yet, but the last few times I have been out for drinks and dancing I have had my shoes off after a few hrs and very sore feet.
I think I need to invest in some more practical low heeled shoes. I am over 5'8 ft and feel like I waddle when wearing pumps and they are not the best dancing.
Can the wise women of mumsnet suggest and makes or types of shoes that will be both comfortable and stylish?

I've got a couple of pairs from new look in exactly the same style . They are open toe though so not sure if that's what you want? I can shave all night in them though and I have very very tricky feet!!

These are comfy too , on the whole new look make really comfy shoes . They come in other colours but I just searched red as I bought the red sandals recently .

My SIL bought some actual dance shoes, as in salsa dancing sandals, for an event she's going to. They are really pretty and, apparently, incredibly comfortable. I couldn't try them on as she has very dainty feet and I have the feet of a Sasquatch.

I have never had a pair of shoes from New Look that have been comfortable! Grin
