Has anybody tried this?
A friend of mine has been doing this for about a month and her skin looks amazing!
I'm signing up for a course tomorrow based on her resultsy but tbh its the first i'd heard of it which is surprising given how effective it seems to be.
Has anyone tried it and had similarly good results?
