Handcream with SPF?

My DM is having to take low grade anitbiotics long term for a problem with her lungs. Because of this she needs to wear sun protection every day. She's got some really nice face products with good UVA and UVB protection in but there don't seem to be the range of options in hand products and she hasn't found one she loves. For mother's day I'd like to get her a nice hand cream with a good level of protection. Can anyone recommend anything? She likes rose scents but would probably prefer something without a strong scent at all.

Thanks.

www.korres.com/en/body/hands/organic-almond-oil-vitamin-c-nourishing-hand-cream

I have this one, it's lovely and definitely stops my hands tanning.

I've always wondered why hand cream SPFs are usually a bit feeble (10-15 SPF). Now that 30-50 SPF is more common in face creams I'm surprised hand creams haven't followed suit. I can recommend Neutrogena's Anti-ageing SPF25 but unfortunately it's utilitarian rather than gift-like. Good cream though.

Not really all that fancy or gift appropriate but it makes more sense to me to just use a richer sunscreen for your hands than vice versa. Also, by using a specifically formulated sunscreen product you have the assurance of proper UVA and UVB protection alongside the advertised SPF rating which often isn't the case in products where SPF is added on too.

The La Roche Posay Anthelios line has one specifically formulated for very dry (facial) skin and they're often waterproof too so the SPF protection will at least withstand some handwashing instead of needing to be constantly reapplied. Think it's called the Comfort Cream and comes fragranced and unfragranced.
