I have recently done the bra intervention sizing and I am now wearing a 34G
I need a good sports bra for running, any recommendations welcome.
Thankyou :)

I like panache ultimate underwired the best (36GG)

Shock absorber does the trick at 32F. I ventured out for a jog in another less supportive brand today, and nearly lost my phone (which I normally tuck into my bra)

Can't beat Freya for sports bras I have found

I wear two shock absorber bars, one on top of the other. I hate ANY movement though and buy the highest impact ones possible.

This bra was very good, I am not longer a G cup so sadly cannot get quite the same thing which is a shame as it was fantastic when paired with a S.A underneath.

I have a shock absorber in 32G which I bought on amazon for about a tenner! They have quite a selection there in all sizes, I was quite astonished really. I love it - holds everything nice and firm during my runs.

Another vote for shock absorber. Got mine from boobydoo as well.

Shock absorber ultimate run bra. I'm 30GG and nothing budges. It's amazing.

I'm a fan of the ones that zip up the front-i feel they produce less movement!

The Panache one wins every time for me (36GG). I used to be a bra fitter so have had the opportunity to try loads. I find the straps on the Shock Absorber too short and kill my shoulders, maybe just my body shape though.

Panache also gives a flattering shape, no pointy boobs.

Bras differ as to whether they encapsulate (cover the lot and prevent swinging around) or compress (flatten down).

I'd order a few online to try one and decide what works for you.

Panache underwired. When I had a shock absorber I had to wear it over the top of an underwired bra (two bras as someone else has mentioned).

I am of a similar boob size to you and the only sports bra which guarantees no movement for me is an Ennell - enell.com It's also very comfortable to wear despite the corset-like appearance. You can buy them through Boobydoo in the UK.

I'm a long distance runner and wear a 30f. I also have the shock absorber with the zip down the front in several different colours as it's the only sports bra I've ever found worth having! Still get awful blistering though. Hmm

Enell is brilliant - it's like wearing strapping. Makes boobs look smaller too and when I'm running I don't wish to draw attention to that area.
