In the flesh it's more orange than red.

It fits nicely and I'm planning to wear it on the school run on cold days with skinny jeans.

I'm 5ft3, slim with dark hair.

What's the verdict: good or evil?

Need a click link....

Bloggybollocks Thu 16-Mar-17 14:19:20

I'm not keen but then I'm not wearing it!

TheUpsideDown Thu 16-Mar-17 14:20:20

Its nice. I personally prefer the mustard colour. But it is a nice coat. Something I'd go for

MyHairIsMyHair Thu 16-Mar-17 14:40:02

Thanks both. Keep em coming...

BounceBounceSplishSplash Thu 16-Mar-17 14:55:03

What are you planning on wearing with it? It could either look quite cool or incredibly mumsy depending on the rest of your outfit and what you had on your feet.

So I'm going with both good and evil grin

LapinR0se Thu 16-Mar-17 14:55:24

Not bad. Grand for everyday

CalmItKermitt Thu 16-Mar-17 14:58:13

Ooh I love it!

tigerrun Thu 16-Mar-17 15:00:15

I love the colour but depending on the rest of the outfit it could be a bit frumpy/mumsy because of the length - I personally prefer long or short & not inbetween length in a coat. Looks very practical and warm though, not sure if that helps, sorry!

MyHairIsMyHair Thu 16-Mar-17 15:00:39

Skinny jeans and stompy fur-lined boots.

Which way does that swing it, bounce?

MyHairIsMyHair Thu 16-Mar-17 15:01:11

Thanks everyone!

Madbengalmum Thu 16-Mar-17 15:04:17

Well its very mumsnet but I wouldn't wear, sorry.

OnALosingSpree Thu 16-Mar-17 15:06:28

I love the mustard

Niklepic Thu 16-Mar-17 15:07:57

I'm sorry but my first thought was this!

FreeTibet Thu 16-Mar-17 15:10:16

I'm much older than you and I wouldn't wear it. Very wifie looking IMO.

Gamtanner Thu 16-Mar-17 15:12:15

EasyJet orange. Hmmmm.

Not keen. Sorry.

Shantotto Thu 16-Mar-17 15:14:34

I think it's lovely! I need something that's still waterproof but not as warm as the Didrikson I've been wearing all winter. I'm very tall so I think this is a bit short sadly!

God knows what some people wear when they need a warm, waterproof jacket!
Somebody so dismissive of this link to what they consider to be stylish please, I've no idea. Is it just colour and length? 🤔

MyHairIsMyHair Thu 16-Mar-17 15:16:04

Yikes! Loving the frank reviews.

That picture is worth a thousand words, Nik!

MyHairIsMyHair Thu 16-Mar-17 15:22:41

The vibe I'm getting is that this coat could go either way.

Mad, by 'very mumsnet' do you mean skinny jeans and breton striped tops? If so, I'm cool with that. Or do you mean frumpy?I'm not cool with that.

The colour is more tomato than easyjet...

SenseiWoo Thu 16-Mar-17 15:23:29

I like it, especially in orange.

MaeveTheRave Thu 16-Mar-17 15:32:15

ok for dog walking. Not my style. I do have a merrell coat but it's less 'fun' than that coat.

VilootShesCute Thu 16-Mar-17 15:33:42

Misread thread title. Was expecting to see an angry goat.

KoalaDownUnder Thu 16-Mar-17 15:35:28

I like it, which is saying something as I loathe orange.

lalaloopyhead Thu 16-Mar-17 15:38:12

I quite like it, I prefer the mustard but that is out of stock in 10 & 12 (otherwise I might have been tempted).

The only off putting thing is if you click on the dark blue, and green they look a bit anoraky and something my Mum would wear (almost 70!).

I would send for it and see what the fit is like smile
