Best texturising/salt spray for waves that doesn't go crunchy?

I'd like to find something that helps give a little texture and control but doesn't make it crunchy and look gunky.
Any thoughts? I've used the urban fudge one before and that was OK, wondered what else there is. I wave my hair with straighteners and it drops out fairly quickly, so nothing too heavy.

Philip B maui wowie beach mist - gives me volume, makes my hair a little wavier and doesn't feel like anything at all.. have repurchased a few times already it's great stuff

I've been using the elnett volume mousse which is great, I was thinking of something I could spritz through the waves the morning after to spruce them up a bit. Where can you get the Philip b stuff mowglik?

Wow just seen its £25 - it'd have to be amazing for that!
I was thinking something I could pick up in boots or the supermarket or something.?
