Annual search for toddler shortie romper pyjamas begins...

DD is an escapologist and to make matters worse is now over 2. We have to put her in back to front romper/onesie style pyjamas, preferably zipped rather than poppers, or else we end up with an undone poo-ey nappy all over the bed.

We already put a poppered washable nappy wrap over her nappy at night time which is a slight delaying tactic!

Anyone seen any shortie rompers (day or night wear) that are not too frilly or covered in characters (through frankly I'd accept more or less anything), in this sort of size?

Unfortunately though she happily wears DS' hand me downs he was in short/tshirt pyjamas at this age.

H&M did them last year up to age 2 (but in the baby section) that were pretty big. They were poppers though

I used to get them from Next for DS when he was a baby, but he's 8 now.

I read somewhere about putting the popper onsies on backwards to stop them becoming undone

Probably need to wait until their summer drop though.

Most of her winter ones are big enough to wear next year - so best to keep them.
Boots have nothing and I did check Next but I didn't know how to check "coming soon". It might be a bit late though as we're going somewhere hot for the Easter holidays so should get them soon.
I'll check H

You need bonds (Australian brand) short zippies. Perfect timing as they are coming out of summer if you know anyone who can send to you.

Eg. www.bonds.com.au/zip-romper-wondersuit-bycea-7ay.html

H&m had some lovely ones last year - daywear but could easily be nightwear.

That does sound perfect KP but unlikely to arrive in time!

John Lewis sell Bonds stuff online so don't need to get from Oz.

BikerunSki she's in age 2-3 so none of the Next stuff is big enough.

mummydoc all the JL Bonds stuff is winter at the moment - though some of them go up to 2-3 and I think she'll still be in that size next winter so will bear them in mind - zip is certainly better than popper.

pleasestop I do have quite a few WAHM pages that I look at but it's hard to get rompers that are poppered (I know because I also make them but in the middle of moving so most of my stuff is packed away).

Tom wow - I have just taken a big risk and placed an order! We will see if they arrive in time and/or I have to pay massive customs. (For others who are interested it's free delivery over $100AU)
