Recommend me some spring shoes please!

It's getting too warm for boots but not quite flip flop weather yet. I need a versatile pair of pumps/flats to go with most things.
I mostly wear skinny jeans with harbour tops/long sleeve tees with cardigan & scarves. I have some navy converse but wanted something a little more 'dressier'
Thinking maybe some off white loafer/boat shoe type thing? Or even a pair of ballet flats (are they still a thing?) but in a nude/neutral colour? Or even some white converse? Help please! I have a bad habit of buying a pair of shoes which look fab but don't really go with anything in particular!
