Colour corrector, not colour stripper recommendation

My DD has used one of these supposedly "wash out in 2 washes" hair colours, but unfortunately it's lingering in her hair in an unattractive grey/purple hue! She has in the past (when her hair went green from the swimming pool on holiday!) used something that I got from Boots that wasn't a colour stripper, like Colour B 4, but more of a colour corrector, had vit c in it. But I can't find it in store or on the website now and all that we can remember was it came in a white and gold box.

Does anyone know what this could be or recommend anything else that could help shift this colour, please. Her hair had been permanently coloured a light blond at the hairdressers, so I don't want anything too harsh, just a colour corrector not a colour stripper. Thanks

All these fade colour gradually. I'm not an expert but anything else is a stripper.
your only other option is to dye the hair to the same level as the darkest coloured part of her hair.

I would bring her to the hairdresser myself, having bad hair is horrible!!

Thanks for the reply 3lucky top to it off she had her hair trimmed last week and it was a terrible cut - all uneven! I can you it's not been fun in our house the last few days ! 😀
