Are Chelsea boots a bit naff now?

I have a lovely pair of russell and bromley flat black Chelsea boots but they're wrecked after a couple of years of running around after my kids. Not sure whether I should just replace them or is there another equally versatile style I should consider?

No! And if you like them then buy them. I think they are a classic, just depends how you style them. I can't believe I've reached the age where I'm witnessing fashion coming round again... I remember wearing them at school in the early 90s!

There are still hundreds for sale. Everyone still wears them. Or a pair of chunky brogues.

Thanks might branch out and buy a tan coloured pair! 😊

Personally not a fan but think that's because to me they just look like jodhpur boots from my pony club days.

Oh I hope not, I've just got a pair of chunky heeled ones and I love them so much, they make me happy every time I wear them Smile. Which is every day.
