Fat belly hiding dresses

Is there a magical type of dress to hide the bulgy, flabby, fat belly that comes from having two children and never exercising? I desperately want to look good for a wedding but everything I try just shows off this beast of a stomach!
Thanks for any help

Fit and flare dresses hide my belly. Make me look like I have a waist too!

I'm 5"6 and an 18, most of the weight being on my tummy and arms. I mostly wear swing dresses and leggings but that just don't do for a wedding. Whenever I try dresses with cinched in waists they look great from the front, but sideways either pregnant or like a box. I'm quite long bodied so often waists in dresses sit right under my boobs.
Thanks for your tips!

A line dresses can be great for this, particularly if you get a heavy fabric.

I am your size and shape and the belly overhang is extremely depressing. I flatten it out with shapewear - Maidenform is good, the high waisted shorts style. I find the Spanx knickers make me cylindrical by pushing the fat upwards so it obscures my waist. Though Spanx tights are amazing and I picked some up in TK Maxx for £3! Then try Scarlett and Jo - the twist skirt bodycon ponte dress is lovely and perfect for an hourglass shape. I wear it with a gold metal belt and it's so flattering, comfortable and stylish. I get ideas from fullerfigurefullerbust on Instagram which has given me lots of fashion inspiration and the confidence to try new styles.

Scarlett and Jo dress also has sleeves which is imperative for me as my upper arms are my worst feature!
