I have darkish auburn brown henned hair. Wondering what colour to buy as I would love to just apply to the roots between dyes. Can anyone advise me on what colour to buy. I am thinking dark brown but a bit worried the colour is a bit flat and its just brown with any hints of red it might be really obvious.
Any advice about what colour to buy would be great. Thanks!!!

I've used the brush-on root touch-up from M&S and it is very good. You don't have to match the colour too closely: many people have darker roots than ends naturally. I haven't used the WOW powder.

Get a cream instead.
All the powder ones fall on my face and so I get brown flecks everywhere. It looks awful!!

I use the w7 one (really cheap under £4 from Amazon). I find it blends in brilliant and doesn't fall onto my face at all Smile

I use it- it's the best one I've found. Doesn't move once it's on and looks really natural.

I got it in the dark brown and i have reddish undertones and seriously it has just blended all the grey away! I did it on my dirty hair to try it out. Going to shampoo my hair tonight and in the morning will apply. See if it will stand up to a couple of days before i re-wash. It should but can alway re-apply. I was most worried that it would be mat against my henned hair but even under daylight you cannot see a difference.

It's great isn't it!
I find it usually lasts v well on hair, definitely for a couple of days until it needs washing out.
