About five years ago I bought a light purple trench mac in the sale from Edinburgh Woollen Mill. It was a very classic/old-lady-ish style, but the colour made it fun.
The coat is now worn out and I am too fat for it anyway. EWM don't seem to do anything similar anymore.
So, can someone find me:
- a light / spring weight coat
- trench or mac style (but a proper coat, not a kagoul)
- without a hood
- belted
- single or doubled breasted
- size 16
- under £50
- ideally in a plain bright colour like purple, fuchsia, or I'd consider teal; if the style was right I'd consider a pattern
- at least three-quarter length
- ideally without a cape or "fussy" bits
I have had no luck but I'm always really impressed by what people on here find!
