Magic underwear

I'm out next Saturday, I've bought a nice black Bardot body con style dress, silhouette from the front and back looks great but my lower stomach is sticking out from the side. I exercise regularly but this will not shift, I've had 3 huge babies so it's not bad considering but I'm still self conscious of it in this dress.

Can anyone recommend the best shape underwear that can flatten it? Preferably one that will give my bum an oomph too Grin (which is actually pretty good but always room for improvement!).

I've searched around but there's so many choices. I think I'd like high waisted brief ones but which brand?

Thanks!

Watching with interest. I have the same problem op. I have Spanx which are good for overall smoothing but don't really help much with holding my little pot belly in!

Playtex are really good ^ a bit of a 'sexier' version of shapewear with the lace

I've got the ones from m&s, they're high waisted so come up to under your boobs and don't roll down

They're excellent

I normally wear a control slip instead of briefs, but I have always found all the products in Next look good and last well, there is also a lot of choice.

Not if you get the right size, I found if I tried to squeeze into a size too small then you could see where they dug in but otherwise they were perfect x
