I have a fair bit of her stuff and all of it is great. I use her eye concealer, concealer, eye shadow pencil, eye brow pencil.

I like the look of her sets. I can't really justify the cost.

Blimey, Tillers is suddenly getting a lot of threads here at the mo! I think her matte lipsticks are great, but haven't rated anything else (mainly eye stuff) I've tried. The perfume is particularly horrible, and the overall marketing really turns me off.

I bought a few bits but nothing nice enough for a repeat buy. It seems very overpriced to me. I also had a very generous sample of the Magic Cream which I eventually chucked out. It didn't seem to make any difference and it was heavy, sticky and overscented. Not a fan.

The perfume is nice. Make-up is very over-priced and not that great. Bit much silicon for my liking in the shimmery skin stuff. You'd be as well buy Barry M for the efficacy or if you want luxury stuff Chanel colours are much better.

I live near Birmingham and asked for a sample of magic cream in Selfridges last week.
They had no samples but did say they may have some in March.
I'd like to try the cream before I splurge £70

I've just bought a lipstick from CT, I adore the colour. Tried the new brow product but it was similar to the benefit one I already own. I like the perfume too and will repurchase. The packaging is nice to look at but imho it's quite cheap feeling.

Some of it is good. I am put off by the staff at some of the stores. The staff at tilbury in covent garden are amazing. The staff at selfridges in london are awful. Shockingly awful. Puts me off and I gladly spent my hard earned money elsewhere.

Not a fan of the products I've tried. Very much style over substance. They aren't terrible, but really not worth the price tag and they are one of the few lipsticks I have found drying. It's a shame because I do love someof the shades she does.
I seem to recall someone on here before saying that when she first launched her products, very little was spent on the actual product, and the majority of the budget was put into advertising and buying off bloggers/youtubers.
Like many on here I was put off by her Sali Hughes in the bathroom video. I actually felt quite embarrassed for her and the way she was shilling her products.
I could also never take make-up and skincare advise from someone who said that they take their make-up off at night and then put it all straight back on afresh so her husband never sees her without make-up.

Oh jasmine that video was pure schill and awkward to watch. Most of the in the bathroom series has been great. Lots of famous MUA's talking about their favourite products, not Charlotte though. Oh no! No other products exist in her house, just her own brand.

That was really quite bizarre, wasn't it? And she said that none of her friends have ever seen her with a bare face. I felt quite sad for her really. I adore make up and am never without it in public but there are healthy limits I think

Magic cream is very nice BUT there are equally good if not better moisturisers for half the price.

Primer nice too but again overpriced.

The lipsticks are nice.

It's alright. In my opinion nothing special. I prefer mac, Laura mercier and urban decay. There was nothing wrong with the stuff I tried just nothing particularly special and I wouldn't repurchase. I do find the fawning of the bloggers/you tubers a bit off putting. It's all been very cleverly marketed and pushed through social media.

flippinada. Actually "nice" is probably a good description of the products. They are nice. But just really nothing special at all, whereas the way they are marketed they should be bloody amazing. It just doesn't feel like high end make-up to me.

This is one of the articles where Charlotte mentions sleeping in her make-up for those that haven't seen it. I think she might have mentioned it in the Sali Hughes video as well? No way am I watching it again to find out though.

Hmm, that's true - they're nice but not outstandingly so. And if you're playing £80 plus for a face cream it really does need to be fabulous and amazing!

The eyeshadow quad I was bought was nice but then two of the colours did that weird 'sealing over' thing so now really hard to use. Wouldn't buy for myself and think the whole range is very overpriced.

I like her mascara. I do however think she needs to stop referring to literally everyone she's photographed with as "mesmerising" and "hypnotising". Nice compliments, but when you apply them willy nilly they lose their impact a bit.

I've watched a few of her tutorials on youtube; the magic cream didn't seem to do very much except make the models look very shiny, and in the strange lighting her videos employ, it looked kind of sticky too. I think you could probably get the same effect with a slick of nivea blue pot cream, and save yourself about £90.
