Holy grail hairdressers for ahem- the 'more mature' lady Thames Valley

That's it really- am the wrong side of 50 and fed up of being given the mature lady standard bob - fine straight hair " best cut blunt " blah blah blah .. It's just hanging there, doing nothing for me. I live in Oxfordshire but would happily travel to get someone who actually does something other than trimming off the ends and charging me £££ for the priviledge. Is it worth going to a big city?. I used to get a great haircut in London but was much younger then !

I always used to go to Brothers in Oxford, until i moved a couple of years ago. Great cuts and certainly not boring. It used to cost about 130 for a full head of highlights and a cut with a senior stylist and was worth every penny.

Depends where you are in Oxfordshire but I would recommend Albert Fields in Goring
