Leggings/comfy slim fit causal trew recommendations?

I've finally realised that what suits me and looks good is slim fit trousers or jegging type bottoms with a longer line expensive T and blazer. However I have no such trousers. The last lot I had were surprisingly from Dorothy perkins but the seams went quickly.
Can anyone recommend bottoms?
Or even guide me as to what's current if this look is now passé (please say it isn't, it's taken me 41 years to get here...)

Title should say jeggings not leggings. I'm not looking for leggings however I am partial to an elastic waist band and soft comfy material that doesn't look like a legging.

Uniqlo do good "leggings trousers" that look convincingly like normal skinny trousers. The cord ones are nice
