Size 14 and it's too small...

Oh God I think I might be the biggest I've ever been. I haven't bought anything from there for years- the last dress was a 10. Their sizes used to be quite generous I seem to remember.

Do I go back and get it in a 16? Or really seriously go on a diet..

Get stuff that fits you. Ignore the label.
I have things in my wardrobe that I swear I will get back into one day....sad

Sizing can be pretty inconsistent even within a store, but I'd take it as an opportunity to take stock of your weight (it sounds like that's what's worrying you, from your post - apologies if I've misunderstood). Get on the scales so you've got an actual number to work with. If you're not happy with your weight, return the dress and sort out a diet and exercise plan.

If it's just about the dress - yes, go try on a 16.

I have no idea how to post a link to it!

Yes it's my weight that's worrying me. I've been trying to make peace with it, but I don't think it's working.

La else are rubbish.

I've lost weight lately and all my size 16 stuff is hanging off me. Huge.

So I ordered a laredoute dress in a 14. I got stuck and my flside fat was pi king out of the side zip hole. It was more like a small 12. Maybe a 10!

It made me feel awful after feeling really good about my weightloss!
