Is it okay to wear black tights to a wedding? It's in early Feb in a cold area of the UK, I'm planning on wearing a burgundy lacy dress with sleeves and I think it looks better (and I'll be warmer!) in black tights. I don't know why but I have it in my head that it's frowned upon...?
