Under eye treatment

I have extremely thin, loose crepey skin my under eyes that no concealer seems able to disguise despite trying many.
It settles into every line and refuses to cover the darkness due to the pure thinness of the skin.
I'm also literally bamboozled but the hundreds of under eye creams out there.
Is there an eye cream and / or concealed that anyone can recommend please?
