What should I do with my hair? Pics included

I feel like I'm in a bit of a rut. First photo is from a year ago, gradually gone blonde over the year but I'm still not sure about it.
My hair tame in these photos but has tendency to go a bit wild/wavy/frizzy.

If you could do anything to my style or colour what would you do?

The blonder colour is nice. I would say a just above shoulder length, one length, side parting bob.

The blonde is nicer, and looks great there. If it aint broke don't fix it, would be my motto. No sign of frizz there, so you were doing the right things with it.
