Sportswear- good basics?

Anyone have any recommendations? I always feel a bit 'duped' paying full price for it, but at the same time some of the supermarket offerings are very thin (esp leggings)

I've treated myself to some good leggings in navy, could do with a good sweatshirt/jacket for fast walking. You know that fabric that's a bit neoprene/soft shell - something that will stand up to a light drizzle, but not restrictive.
