That's it really! Google only seems to bring up US based blogs, so are there any UK petite bloggers that you follow?

Thanks in advance.

I'm five feet tall, 10-12 curvy as anything, whenever I've seen petite blogs they always seem to feature 6-8 girls and tbh I don't think they're styles work well on someone with my West Indian batty... and joint pain means I can't really wear heels or if so very rarely and not to walk anywhere Confused

that would be useful. If I buy normal-sized clothes I look like I've raided the dressing up box (and I'm the wrong side of 50). Special petite sections in shops can be soooo frumpy. I'd like a guru!

All the petite blogs I've seen have been size 10 and below. Petite and curvy appears to be extremely niche Grin. I'm under 5 foot and 12-14 so would love to see a "bigger" petite blog.

Gosh, there is obviously a demand for it! I'm just amazed that out of the plethora of fashion blogs there apparently aren't any for us shorties!!

What's wrong with US bloggers? Admittedly I follow a few. If the blog is nicely put-together and the content interesting and photography sharp and stylish, why not? I use them for style ideas, not actual shopping lists.

Anyway, I like Wendy's Lookbook, Extra Petite, Retro Flame and Gentri Lee.

You are right Nisk - style ideas better than nothing.

Thanks for those - will check them out.

I'd like to see some UK bloggers too as a lot of US stores have large petite sections and I do like to be able to purchase looks in the UK.

Mission:style is a great blog for petites

Have you had a look at target Australia? Dannii Minogue has a petite range and it used to ship free to the uk.

I haven't bought anything for awhile and it's seasons will be back to front but my jeans and work pants are all hers and I was very happy with them.

Thanks for that tip WiltingTulip. Same as most of you girls I am 4"11 but while a 10 I am very round and curvy if that makes sense and so much I see online is for flat chested twigs

I like Wendy's Lookbook too, and also Extra Petite: www.extrapetite.com/?m=1

I'm 5', size 6 on top and size 8-10 on bottom. Found this useful dress size calculator: sizes.darkgreener.com/

But the issue I have with US petite blogs is the clothes come from US shops generally not available or difficult to source in the UK

I know there's lots of tips online for my petite body type, but I'm not very fashion savvy and don't particularly relish shopping, because of the high frustration factor of looking for anything that actually fits me that is stylish.

So much easier if I could find a UK-based, very petite, pear-shaped blogger about my size, so I can have a colour-by-numbers guide and be able to shop for clothes/refresh my wardrobe efficiently

The only two I read regularly are Susiesoso and The Fashion Lift. Both are pretty slim but at least are thinking about short proportions.

Did a bit of a google and found the following that seem to post reasonably regularly: Elegantly Fashionable, Petite Side of Style, Little Babble (blogs on more than fashion), and Holly Deryn Court (seems to post fairly irregularly TBH).

Also I found this shop that seems to have a blog about petite fashion including some useful links to other retailers selling petite fashion BombPetite.
