Glycolic and sun damage

I've been happily using Apha A Liquid Gold since getting it in my M&S calendar - loved it skin looking great. All good.

But didn't give any thought to the fact that I'm now skiing. I've not used it since I've been on slopes and have used factor 50 sunscreen but skin looks horrendous. Red and blotchy.

What on earth do I do to save it?!

If you can get your hands on some, La Roche Posay Cicaplast B5 Repair Baume is brilliant. It sorted my horribly sun burned nose much quicker than I thought possible.

Sorry to be too lazy to bother to source this but I've read some suggestions that the sun sensitivity isn't only while you are using glycholic, it could go on for years or be permanent.

I can probably get Roche at the pharmacy - I'm not sunburned in typical sense more wind whipped and damaged if that makes sense.
