Eye cream, red eye tricks and make up remover - any recs?

I want to find a miraculous cream to make my eye area look better - sort of plump out the skin and reduce shadows - has anyone got any recommendations?

also thinking of getting a gel mask or eye drops or something as my actual eyes are quite red and sore in the morning.

And last of all I need a really good makeup remover that will properly get mascara off because I think that might be making things worse!

Any ideas on what to buy would be appreciated
